Registration Process

Thank you for your interest in the Little League program! Here are the steps you will have to take to complete your registration.

Choose one of our league divisions from the section below.
Fill out the registration form.
Turn in all required paperwork. For this year, the only required paperwork to get started is the medical release. A new medical release must be provided every year. Proof of Residency will be required if the player is on a Little League tournament team.

Fill out this form either digitally, or by printing it off and filling it out.
Turn in your filled out medical release digitally by uploading it to your registration form, or bringing it to us in person.

Little League takes proof of residency in two forms:

3 forms of ID outlined in this article

A school enrollment form

- If you choose to use 3 forms of ID, please take pictures of them and upload them to your registration form.
- If you choose to use the school enrollment form, the process goes like this:

Fill out the form either digitally, or by printing it off and filling it out.
Get the form to the office of your Little Leaguer's school for the rest of the form to be filled out and signed by a school official
Turn in your filled out school enrollment form either by uploading it to your registration form, or by brining it to us in person.
